Need to make a return?

We use Returnly to process returns and exchanges.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on applicable merchandise provided they are received within fourteen (14) days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached to be accepted for return. Damaged items will not be accepted for return and will be subsequently sent back to the customer. All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are currently unavailable.

Third party goods that are not under Just Black Denim label is not eligible for returns or exchanges, these are final sale.

All items marked final sale are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Just Black Denim merchandise purchased through external stockists are not eligible for return through JustBlackDenim.com unless otherwise noted, please contact retailer directly for additional information.
